Shipping of products via PostNL and DHL
We ship our products within the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium with PostNL and DHL. As soon as an order is shipped, the customer receives an email with the track and trace number of the package. This allows the customer to track the package themselves. At the buyer's request, the package can also be sent by registered mail . The additional costs (2.75) must therefore be added to the total price.
The products will be shipped after receipt of payment. The tracking number of the package will be sent to the customer via email as soon as we offer the package for shipping. On the day of payment, the package is prepared for shipping and PostNL and DHL are offered.
Shipping takes place immediately after payment via Ideal , Klarna or PayPal (or credit card). Receive the package the next business day. If you pay in advance, the receipt will only be sent on the next working day after receipt of payment. Deliveries to Belgium take place 2 to 3 days after receipt of payment.
